I suspect that if you're reading reviews, you mostly want to know about the flowers. Really quickly: the flowers were amazing. Everyone who saw them had something good to say. What I think really matters though, is how Hignight's treated me. You never really know what a company is like until something goes wrong. Well, something went wrong. I don't know if it was a computer glitch or human error, and it doesn't matter. What I do know is that they took charge of the problem before I even realized there was a problem, and everything turned out perfectly. I will absolutely use Hignight's in the future and have no reservations about recommending them to others.
